Aims

Scholar J Food and Environment is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes qualitative, quantitative and combined - method research papers that include original research, short communication and reviews in all aspects of food research. It welcomes commentaries and opinion papers as well as analysis of issues and event pertinent to research scholars with international ripple effect.
