Author Guidelines

Authors submitting to Scholar J must ensure that manuscripts are original, clearly written, and aligned with the journal’s multidisciplinary scope across physical sciences, computational sciences, environmental systems, clinical health sciences, and education and human development.

1. Manuscript Structure

All submissions should include the following sections:

  • Title
  • Abstract (structured where applicable)
  • Keywords (3–6 keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

2. Manuscript Formatting

  • Font type: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt (main text)
  • Line spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced
  • Paragraph spacing: 6 pt after paragraphs (recommended)
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Page size: A4
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

3. Originality and Ethics

All manuscripts must be original and must not be under review or published elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring proper citation of sources and compliance with ethical research standards. Plagiarism, fabrication, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.

4. Scientific Quality

Manuscripts must demonstrate clear research objectives, appropriate methodology, valid and reproducible results, logical interpretation, and meaningful contribution to knowledge.

5. Language and Presentation

Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English. Tables and figures must be properly labeled and referenced in the text. References must follow a consistent academic style.

6. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a peer review process evaluating originality, methodological rigor, scientific validity, contribution to knowledge, and clarity of presentation. Final decisions are made by the editorial team based on reviewer recommendations.

7. Publication Policy

Accepted manuscripts are published under an open-access model and made freely available immediately upon publication.

8. Open Access and Licensing

All articles in Scholar J are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided proper citation is given.

9. General Expectations

Authors are encouraged to ensure clarity of writing, scientific rigor, reproducibility of results, and proper referencing of prior work.
