About the Journal
Aims
Journal of Radiation is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes qualitative, quantitative and combined - method research papers that include original research, short communication and reviews in the field of radiography, radiation biology, radiation physics and radiation monitoring and protection as well as radiology spanning medicine, engineering, biology, physics and biophysics. The journal considers papers that have the scope to address present issues in society while advancing the frontiers of knowledge.
Scope
Journal of Radiation publishes across all relevant fields of research, including but not restricted to:
- Medicine: diagnosis, imaging, radio-oncology, radio-surgery, radio-immunotherapy, radiology, clinical trials;
- Biology: biological imaging, radiation immuno-biology, radiation sensitivity/resistance, preclinical radiation models;
- Engineering: detectors, computational and biomedical imaging, biophysical and biochemical engineering;
- Biophysics and physics: radiation sources (e.g., cosmos, photons, particles), radiation planning, radiation dosimetry, radiation protection.
Get Published with Open Access! We strongly believe every research needs to be discoverable, disseminated widely and freely accessible to any one regardless of location and affiliation. This vision we attain through the Open Access publishing medium. Scholar J employs the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license to all published work under which, authors agree to make articles legally available for reuse, without permission or fees, for virtually any purpose and as such, anyone may copy, distribute, or reuse these articles, as long as the author and original source are properly cited.
