About the Journal

Aims

Annals of Food Science is a peer-reviewed open access multidisciplinary journal that publishes qualitative, quantitative and combined - method research papers that include original research, short communication and reviews in all aspects of food processing and preservation.  It welcomes commentaries and opinion papers as well as analysis of issues and event pertinent to research scholars with international ripple effect. The journal invites research papers that have the scope to address present issues in society while advancing the frontiers of knowledge.
